Job description:
- plans, organizes and supervises the human resources activities;
- defines the job requirements, drafts the job descriptions and the organizational chart;
- establishes the staffing needs;
- drafts the internal regulation policy;
- participates in defining the systems of staff remuneration, evaluation and reward;
- administrates specific documentation on remuneration, social insurance, employment, promotion, delegations, leavers from the company;
- plans and coordinates the onboarding of new employees for a smooth induction in the company;
- drafts reports required by the management of the company related to the headcount on categories such as age, gender or socio-professional status, staff turnover, leaves of absence, their causes, etc.;
- creates working procedures for the main human resources activities (recruitment and selection, human resource planning, training, evaluation of professional performance) and tracks their compliance.
